Are "FREE Tools , FREE?
Yes! All of our FREE Tools are downloadable, and are completely FREE!
Are Shopify Store Development Projects only offered at the given prices listed on this website?
No. We do offer custom pricing for projects that are larger or smaller in size. Please contact us to discuss options.
Do you offer marketing help once you build me a custom Shopify storefront?
Yes. We have a contractual arrangement with a Google and Facebook Marketing company. We put you in touch with them for all of your marketing needs.
Do you offer support after my store is developed and "Live"?
Yes. In two ways. One, We support all of our work for the lifetime of your store being "Live". Two, since this is a "Shopify" store, you get lifetime support from Shoppify Official Support.
Do you offer payment plans for the more expensive projects?
Yes we do. Every situation is different, so we customize the payment plan to each individual project, as needed.
When are you available for business inquiries and support needs?
We are available during normal business hours. From 9am to 5pm PST. Some exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. But we always respond to inquiries within 48 hours of submission.
